Coronavirus COVID-19 and deadly raspitory infections

Protocol written and developed by: Suma Khazmo

I’ve written this protocol since the pandamic started in China, 3 months ago. However, I’ve added new update since which is how medical doctors worldwide are treating the COVID-19 today.

I’m not a medical doctor, but I want to give you my protocol for strengthening the body’s own immune system to prevent and /or to easr the side effects of the Corona virus COVID-19 . This is important because governments have failed to find treatment or vaccines for this new type of Corona virus. The nearest coronavirus vaccine will be available only in this April, other sources say it will be available for the public in August of this year.

SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19

According to the World Health Organization :”People may be sick with the virus for 1 to 14 days before developing symptoms. The most common symptoms of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) are fever, tiredness, and dry cough. Most people (about 80%) recover from the disease without needing special treatment.More rarely, the disease can be serious and even fatal. Older people, and people with other medical conditions (such as asthma, diabetes, or heart disease), may be more vulnerable to becoming severely ill. People may experience:cough, fever tiredness and difficulty breathing (severe cases)”.

Current Medical Approach to COVID-19

(this information is for informational purposes only and not intended to diagnose or to treat any disease. Consult with your medical doctor for any symptoms you may have. The following protocol is to be taken ONLY UNDER CERTIFIED MEDICAL DOCTORS’ SUPERVISION)

The way the medical doctors and medical authorities are treating the COVID-19 today is by using a combination of repurposed medicines (which were originally approved by the FDA for other illnesses), such as,: 1- the Malaria drug Chloroquine Phosphate or Hydroxychloroquine (it is NOT to be confused with fish tank cleaners, such as the fish tank solvent that treats aquatic parasites contains the same active ingredient as the drug, but in a different form that can poison people!!) . With 2- the Ebola anti viral drug Remdesivir.

(IMPORTANT : see the table below for dosages of these drug combinations, which must be taken always under medical doctor supervision because some people might not tolerate them and each person has unique medical conditions than other people.).

Or

If there is no Remdesivir doctors use Lopinavir or / Ritonavir with Chloroquine Phosphate or Hydroxychloroquine.

(IMPORTANT : see the table below for dosages of these drug combinations, which must be taken always under medical doctor supervision because some people might not tolerate them and each person has unique medical conditions than other people.).

With either of those drug combinations medical doctors must observe the cardiac involvement and consider repeating the CT as the bilateral pulmonary involvement maybe exacerbated far quicker than one imagines, since in severe cases the COVID-19 causes pneumonia, and cardiac (heart) failure. Therefore, it is essential for any effective protocol to pay attention to the heart and to prevent either viral pneumoniaand)/ or secondary bacterial lung infection (bacterial pneumonia).

Medical doctors such as Weber MD has been adding to the used above COVID-19 treatment protocol high dosed of intravenous vitamin C such as initial dose of 1500mg intravenous vitamin C followed by 1000mg intravenous vitamin C 3 to 4 times daily.

Other medical doctors are using drugs to tackle the immune system side effects of the above protocols, such as Tocilizumab.

Good results for tocilizumab are coming from Padua too, where 30 patients up to now avoided the intensive care department thanks to the drug anti-inflammatory effect on the COVID-19 pneumonia.

Moreover, the Indian government has advised on using ayurvedic medicine to prevent and treat coronavirus. Integrative medicine has proven effective in many illnesses. And it can treat the coronavirus by strengthening the immune system to fight the virus, regardless of the strain of the coronavirus.

My Approach to combating COVID-19

(this information is for informational purposes only and not intended to diagnose or to treat any disease. Consult with your medical doctor for any symptoms you may have. The following protocol is to be taken ONLY UNDER CERTIFIED MEDICAL DOCTORS ‘SUPERVISION).

I suggest that medical professionals take in mind my protocol while treating people with coronavirus, and adjust it according to each patient’s unique medical conditions, especially in pregnancy, breastfeeding, infants, babies and children and people with chronic illnesses such as : diabetes, kidney and liver diseases, heart diseases, low or high blood pressure, cancer… Etc.

This new coronavirus is just like a common cold virus (there are of course differences, but I’ll discuss them in another article), that causes sneezing, sore throat, fever… etc, these symptoms go away and it is cured if the immune system is strong enough to combat it. The problem arises when the Corona virus weakens the immune system so that bacteria come in and cause secondary infection such as pneumonia in the middle raspitory organs and in the lungs, as well as cardiac (heart) failure and death in some severe cases that weren’t treated promptly, the patient has other medical problems, old age, or where the immune system was weak from any reason, such as: chronic illnesses (diabetes, heart diseases, blood pressure problems, diabetes, autoimmune disease… Etc) , cancer, Aids and such.
So I suggest the following, (you are of course advised to consult with your medical doctor) .

1- Strengthen and activate the immune system with:
 1) Immuno boosters and immune system modulators (Medicinal mushrooms like: shitaki, reiki, maitaki,), and beta glucan, such as transfer point beta glucan: www.transferpoint.com

Or www.betterwayhealth.com

(I’m not affiliated with any of these sellers, I just trust their products since 3 years ago)

2) take 500mg liposomal vitamin C a day and build it up to 1000mg liposomal vitamin C a day. After 3 days, then increase to 2000mg liposomal vitamin C per day. Another 3 days later, increase dosage to 3000mg liposomal vitamin C a day. This is important to gradually build up to the suggested dose because high dosages of vitamin C taken at once causes headaches, blood thinning and digestive problems.

3) Take COENZYME Q10 daily to prevent heart failure associated with severe cases of COVID-19 :

While most people tolerate coenzyme Q10 well, it can cause some mild side effects including stomach upset, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. It can cause allergic skin rashes in some people. It also might lower blood pressure, so check your blood pressure carefully if you have very low blood pressure.

Dosage of Coenzyme Q10

OTHER NAME(S):

Co Q10, Co Q-10, Coenzima Q-10, Co-Enzyme 10

The following doses have been studied in scientific research:

ADULTS

BY MOUTH:

  • For coenzyme Q10 deficiency: 150-2400 mg per day.
  • For a group of disorders that most often cause muscle weakness (mitochondrial myopathies): 150-160 mg per day, or 2 mg/kg per day. In some cases, doses may be gradually increased to 3000 mg per day.
  • For heart failure and fluid build up in the body (congestive heart failure or CHF): 30 mg once daily, or up to 300 mg per day divided into two or three doses for up to 2 years. Also, 2 mg/kg daily for up to one year has been used.
  • For nerve pain in people with diabetes (diabetic neuropathy): 400 mg per day for 12 weeks.
  • For fibromyalgia: 300 mg daily for about 6 weeks or 200 mg twice daily for 3 months has been used. A combination of 200 mg of coenzyme Q10 (Bio-Quinon Q10, Pharma Nord) plus 200 mg of ginkgo (Bio-Biloba, Pharma Nord) per day for 12 weeks.
  • For HIV/AIDS: 100-200 mg per day for over 4 years.

  • For a group of inherited disorders that cause muscle weakness and muscle loss (muscular dystrophy): 100 mg per day for 3 months.
  • For heart attack: 120 mg per day in two divided doses for up to one year. A combination of 100 mg of coenzyme Q10 (Bio-Quinon, Pharma Nord) and 100 mcg of selenium (Bio-Selenium, Pharma Nord) per day for up to one year has also been used.
  • For Peyronie disease: 300 mg per day for 6 months

CHILDREN

BY MOUTH:

  • For coenzyme Q10 deficiency: 60-250 mg per day in up to three divided doses.
  • For preventing migraine: 1-3 mg/kg daily for 3 months has been used in patients aged 3-18 years.
  • For a group of inherited disorders that cause muscle weakness and muscle loss (muscular dystrophy): 100 mg daily for 3 months in children aged 8-15 years.

4) Take the following herabs, and search for their precautions and side effects and interactions:

Berberine  supports the immune system, but beware is not intended for long-term use. No data are available regarding the safety of berberine among young women or in early pregnancyBerberine is not recommended during pregnancy or lactation. Berberine may alter liver clearance of certain medications.

Echinacea activates immune system chemicals which can increase defense mechanisms against viruses and bacteria.

In traditional herbal medicine classification, echinacea is a Category A medicine in pregnancy, indicating controlled studies in healthy pregnant women have demonstrated no foetal risk. So echinacea is one of the few herbs that can be taken during pregnancy without any worry.

Echinacea can cause dizziness and headaches so don’t operate heavy machinery and don’t dri e while taking it.

Astragalus is a Chinese herb which has anti-viral properties and contains antioxidants.

When used appropriately, astragalus appears to be very safe and to have few side effects. Very high doses may suppress the immune system. So you should avoid using astragalus if you are taking immune-suppressing drugs. Pregnant or nursing women should not use astragalus root

Ginkgo biloba improves circulation and strengthens blood vessels (Ginko biloba is a blood thinner so if you are on blood thinners, or statins or have bleeding problems ask you medical doctor to adjust your medication prior to taking Ginko biloba).

Also, Ginkgo should be used with caution during pregnancy, particularly around labour where its anti-platelet properties could prolong bleeding time. During lactation the safety of ginkgo leaf is unknown and should be avoided until high quality human studies are conducted to prove its safety.

Important note:

1- Always disinfect the bottles of medications, products, supplements, vitamins or any item or product that you get from abroad or that you buy from local store, with disinfectant wipes.. Etc and clean your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water afterwards to prevent contamination and infection with coronavirus and other germs.

2- Also don’t leave the house to get the beta glucan, or other products (they usually come by mail,) or get infected from the mail man through thec door to door delivery, if you live in a country like China that advises its citizens to stay home to avoid person to person contact to prevent contamination with the coronavirus.

5)  take a daily strong PROBIOTICS and PREBIOTICS above 6 billion good bacteria count and at least 15 strains of good bacteria (always take probiotics at least 2 hours apart from taking antibiotics).

6) take DAILY VITAMIN D3 10.000 IU (it activates the immune system.
Important Notes :

  1. always take calcium with vitamin D3, magnesium Mg, vitamin K2 (POTASSIUM) in order to prevent calcium from being deposited into your blood vessels causing stroke or kidney failure, always keep your potassium and magnesium blood levels moderate not too high or you will get heart palpitations).
  2. Vitamin D3 important to combat cancer, but it is not good for cancers with gene p53 mutations.
  3. 4) take daily omega 3 fatty acids such as in fish oil, if you take statins or you have clotting problems talk to your doctor to adjust omega 3 dosage with the omega 3 dosage to prevent bleeding because omega 3 is a blood thinner).

2- To prevent pneumonia take a prophylactic (preventive) pneumonia antibiotic prescribed by your medical doctor. People will say taking antibiotics for viral infection isn’t good and will create resistant bacteria. But in a pandemic like Chinese coronavirus, where people are dropping dead on streets, it is wise to prevent secondary deadly bacterial infections, such as pneumonia especially for people with chronic illnesses and weak immune systems.

IMPORTANT NOTE, there are antibiotics that are dangerous in pregnancy and / breastfeeding, below I suggest options for pneumonia antibiotics that are safe for pregnant women and breastfeeding women, and children and babies antibiotics are different than those of adults (remember always consult ask your medical doctor about any medicines, herbs, vitamins, drugs and supplements you take because each patient is unique and has different health status than other patients).

Safe pneumonia antibiotics in pregnancy

Beta-lactam and macrolide antibiotics are considered safe in pregnancy and are effective for most community-acquired pneumonia in pregnancy. (IMPORTANT l: Consult your medical doctor for SAFE preventative and TREATMENT dosages )

Safe pneumonia antibiotics while breastfeeding

Azithromycin (Zithromax) is an antibiotic that can help treat certain bacterial infections. It is generally safe to use while breastfeeding, but people with existing heart conditions should avoid this drug. Azithromycin is an antibiotic in the macrolides class

Usual Azithromycin Adult Dose for Pneumonia

  1. Thank you for sharing this great article at the moment. Indeed, nothing better than our own immune system. Since the government are having no target medicine, it is very smart of your idea by using integrative medicine. And I like your prescription are not only good for coronavirus but mostly other common virus as well.
